The routine meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was conducted on this twenty-fifth of September, this year. The meeting was chaired by HOA President Jones, with a quorum of homeowners in attendance.

Proposed Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The HOA is presently reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed modifications are designed to improve the value of life for all residents while addressing current concerns and promoting a thriving community.
- Within the proposed amendments are guidelines related to landscaping, sound restrictions, and parking regulations.
- The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments carefully and submit their feedback by August 15th.
- A community forum will be arranged on August 3rd to discuss the proposed amendments in further elaboration.

Sherwood Lakes Community Beautification Project
Our passionate community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more picturesque place to live. The Beautification Project aims to transform the visual appeal of our community by planting trees, cleaning up public spaces, and supporting a sense of pride.

Sherwood Lakes HOA Board Election Updates
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to take part in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Tuesday, November 7th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the Sherwood Lakes Community Center.
A list of the running candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and posted throughout the community by October 15th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please contact the HOA board directly. We look forward to a successful and transparent election!
